To add a convertible instrument, click the Ownership, Cap Table and Securities menu icon on the left panel.
Click the "Convertible Securities" tab on the top menu.
Select the orange "Issue Instrument" tab on the top left.
Select a type of convertible instrument in the next Grant Convertible Instrument view. Supported types:
- Standard Convertible Note
- 500 Startups Convertible Note
- YC Convertible Note
- Pre Money SAFE
- 500 Startups Convertible Security
- YCVC SAFE
- Post Money SAFE
