LTSE Equity allows you to add 409As done by any valuation firm, so you can track your valuation history and be ready to issue stock options to your employees.
To manage your 409As, go to LTSE Equity > 409 and Compliance > 409A Valuations. To add your existing valuations, click Add existing valuation. To edit the valuations you already entered, click on a valuation date, then click Edit Valuation.
- If you have purchased a valuation through LTSE Equity, you can enter the results of the final 409A by marking the request as complete and entering the relevant details.
Note: when uploading a 409a valuation document, make sure the file name doesn't contain any special characters. These include: periods, parentheses, question marks, and ampersands.
