To edit or delete a convertible secuirty, head to the Cap Table tab on the left panel. Select Convertible Securities from top. Click the Cert. number to access the specific instrument's profile page.
From the instrument's profile page, you are able to:
- Edit
- Cancel
- Delete
Note: Deleting the instrument will permanently remove it from the cap table. Cancelling the instrument will show it has been cancelled, but it will remain in the cap table.
