As the Primary Admin at your law firm or accounting firm, you can manage your team's access to your client's LTSE Equity accounts. You don't need to ask your client every time your colleague rolls on or off of a project.
LTSE Equity knows an user is part of your firm based on their email address. To add your colleague to your client's LTSE Equity account:
- Your colleague signs up for LTSE Equity using their work email.
- When they log in, they will see a list of your clients on your firm's dashboard.
- Your colleague clicks on Request Access next to a client's name.
- You and the other Primary Admins at your firm will receive the access request via email. Approve the request.
